Language plays an important role in the life of every individual as it allows people to communicate, share ideas. Language also is the key to knowledge, culture and civilization. This is why the Department of Modern Languages offers the opportunity for everyone to learn French, Akan and Chinese in KNUST. The Department of Modern Languages runs various undergraduate and post-graduate programmes in French, Akan and Chinese.
